365
ok folks. I got a new book.
A Daily Creative Journal: 365
(make something everyday and change your life!)
I needed something creative to do with my extra time, so I got this. pretty excited about it. Although there is no way I’m going to actually make something every day. I’ve had the book for several weeks now and haven’t even picked it up to look at it super close. But tonight I did.
“Day 1: the first step is the hardest, so start small today and make something that fits in the palm of your hand using only the materials in your immediate environment.”
I decided I wanted to draw Eeyore. Don’t ask me why. And as I’m sitting in my room where all my worldly possessions that I use every day are it was pretty easy to grab paper and a pen. Now before ya’ll get super excited and think that I can draw off of memory, don’t. I also had my handy dandy laptop. Google makes the world go round now so here’s the site I followed. Click Right Here. and viola! Eeyore is born. the 2nd try (the bottom right side) is better than the first. but I messed up the tail end so there goes that nice drawing (see the hunny pot for Pooh’s Birthday?). check out the photos below. I drew this on a quarter of an 8.5X11.
